Kayaking is fun!
We provide opportunities for friendship, fitness and a chance to enjoy Lismore’s tranquil Wilsons River, in northern NSW.

Our Activities
Regular social paddles on various waterways, including moonlight paddles. Training and skill development. Opportunities for racing and competition, if you like that sort of challenge.

Paddle with Us
All levels of paddlers and all types of boats are welcome. We have fast paddlers and slow paddlers, racers, recreational and sea paddlers. Whichever paddler you are, we’re sure you’ll fit right in.

Paddling Times

Saturdays:  8-10am is our main group paddling time. This is the best time for beginners.
Tuesdays & Thursdays:  4 pm in winter, 5 pm during Daylight Savings

Try Kayaking

We offer a month’s kayaking trial for $20, which includes the use of kayak and gear, and some basic instruction. This usually happens on a Saturday after our club paddle. Booking essential. If you have your own boat there is no cost.

    Our clubhouse is located on the Wilsons River in the heart of Lismore. It is the bottom storey of the Laurie Allen Centre, 1 Magellan Street, Lismore NSW 2480.

    Directions: Exit the roundabout near main bus station, drive through the levy gates and turn left to the lower car park. You’ll see us on the lawn in front of the club house.
